A: Don't fret, we can facilitate a custom design to suit your unique specifications. Keep in mind custom size envelopes often have a minimum order requirement. We will work with you to ensure you get what you want.
Q: Can I receive samples before placing my order?
A: Yes. Contact our customer support center at 1-888-272-4436 and we will be happy to mail you some samples to assist in your final order placement.
Q: Will I receive a proof before the order is completed?
A: Yes. You can choose to receive a physical proof or a digital version, whichever you prefer. We want to ensure that you are totally happy with the end product so will always request your final approval before the print run begins.
Q: Where do you ship to and how much does it cost?
A: We can ship to any physical address in mainland North America and each address should be accompanied by a telephone number in the event of any unforeseen circumstances. Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: For orders of $5,000 or less, all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discovery and Diners Card) are accepted. The card will be charged on receipt of the confirmed order.
